Retreat Agreement & Liability Waiver

Retreat Location: Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Irving-Las Colinas 4300 Wingren Dr., Irving, Texas, 75039, USA

By registering for and participating in the Kingdom Woman Retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Retreat may include:

• Group discussions
• Light physical stretching and movement activities
• Shared lodging accommodations
• Participation in faith-based sessions and activities

I understand that I am solely responsible for arranging and providing my own transportation to and from the retreat location.

Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary. I understand that I may choose not to participate in any activity.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation, including the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless:

The Kingdom Woman Retreat
Event organizers, speakers, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance or participation in the Retreat.

This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence.

3. Physical Activity Acknowledgment

I understand that certain sessions may include light stretching or movement. I affirm that I am physically able to participate.

I acknowledge that participation is optional, and I may decline any activity.

I agree to consult a physician prior to participation if I have any medical concerns.

4. Not Therapy Disclaimer

I understand that the Kingdom Woman Retreat is not therapy and does not replace mental health counseling, medical care, or professional treatment.

Although the host is a licensed professional, no therapeutic relationship is created by attending this retreat.

5. Shared Accommodation Acknowledgment

I understand that shared room accommodations involve staying with other participants.

The retreat host is not responsible for:

• Personal conflicts between participants
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Supervision of adult attendees

I accept responsibility for my personal conduct and property.

6. Minor Participation Policy

Participants ages 16–17 must attend with a parent, legal guardian, or registered adult (21+).

The accompanying adult accepts full responsibility for the supervision and care of the minor participant.

The retreat host does not assume supervisory responsibility for minors.

7. Payment & Cancellation Policy

All retreat registrations are non-refundable due to lodging and vendor commitments.

For overnight participants, the room portion may be partially refunded only if the reserved space is filled by another participant.

No refunds will be issued after April 28.

Registrations may be transferred with written notice before April 28.

8. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize retreat organizers to seek emergency assistance if necessary.

I understand I am financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

The retreat host reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Media Release

I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the retreat host in writing prior to the event.

11. Agreement

By submitting my registration and completing payment, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this agreement.
• I voluntarily agree to all terms listed above.
• I understand this is a legally binding release of liability.
